Many modern Music Productions have a track count of over 100. Film score track counts can sometimes be over 500!
Groups is a utility to help you keep a manageable overview of your Project.
Simply select all of your Tracks except the Master and assign them to Group 1.
Then, sub divide your Tracks into further Groups by holding 'ctrl + shift'.
